Dinner was exactly the same as yesterday; one portion of chicken bhuna left, which has found a home in the freezer as having it three days in a row would be a bit much, even though it's dead nice
If I set my fitness app to say I want to lose weight then it says I can't have any more today; but if I set it to say I want to maintain my existing weight, I could have a beer…
Tempted to just maintain weight for today and leave the weight loss until tomorrow - after all, it'll be bin day then, so there'll be wheelie bins to play with (if they get emptied)Comment

After months of watching repeats of NCIS for want of anything better, Sunday night now has 5 programmes to watch.
19:45 Longmire S5 on TCM.
21:00 Hawaii 50 followed by NCIS LA on Sky 1.
21:00 Sherlock on BBC1
21:00 Endeavour on ITV1+1 or 20:00 on ITV1.
You couldn't make it up.
Since it's unburdened by adverts, I shall watch Sherlock whilst recording the rest.
Ain't it funny that the flag of Hawaii has the Union Jack in one quarter.

I wonder if my bonfire has gone out yet.
It got rid of a lot of stuff this afternoon.
And it was ever so much fun.
It's a pity my lovely shiny Aldi incinerator is now no longer shiny since the plating has burned off it.
Back to "work" tomorrow.
Ho hum.
The slough of despond beckons.Comment

My incinerator died horribly as well, the bottom rotted out.
Pop in for a beer then!Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.Comment

Morning denizens
Frosty out
Trying to decide where to go for a walk. Given my lack of suitable walking boots, Bradgate might not be a good idea until it warms up a bit. Then again, the canal towpath could be a bit slippery too
Coffee first, thoughComment

Now back in the slough of despond.
Naturally enough it's raining in Swansea.
However the binbags were being collected as I left the house.
And my lab is full of stuff that wasn't there when I left.
Dunno what's been going on, but I'm not impressed.Comment
