I was informed about clientco's appraisal process yesterday. Apparently it involves sitting in room listening to somebody talking at me and invoicing them for their time. MyCo's appraisal process involves looking at a bank statement and drinking some good wine.
May I suggest a process improvement i.e. some tapas?

The cat we adopted (thats him in my avatar) turned out to be a rare peruvian water cat. Or at least thats the only explanation I can come up with for his behaviour. FOund him out in the garden yesterday evening in the pouring rain, lying in the middle of the lawn. Chased him back inside (he didn't want to go in) and first chance he got he was back out in it, sat on the patio table getting soaked again.
He's a strange little animal.
Is he (part) Turkish Van? I think they like water. My sister's Bengal likes jumping in puddles.
Mine act like they've been doused in sulphuric acid if they get splashed.
