Crap morning so far as this co is so tight it's running 50+ staging sites + virtual folders for all their cms's on a 60gb drive.
Also just had to ring 'the agency' to chase contract for new assignment, and Agent has gone on hols for 2 weeks. One of the drones is chasing it for me.

Me: Why wouldn't it come back up?

I1: That's all they said. We don't do this for anyone else.

Me: It's recommended by Oracle that we bounce this every week.

I1: The DBAs don't want to do it, and we don't do it for anyone else. They've never done it for this system.

Me: If the DBAs won't do it, then that's your decision. All I can say is that in 15 years specialising in this area, this is the only system where I've not seen it being done.
