Looking at both on companies house they look like recently setup shell companies with no accounts. Let them spend money with solicitors letters and produce contracts and proof of payment. Unless someone knows otherwise I reckon they just have a spreadsheet with names, amounts and contact details without evidence to back up.
They dont even have a real office, they operate from a virtual office/postal box in London to present an image of some grandiose operation, when they dont even have a telephone number to contact them on. You cant even read the signature of the person signing the letter they posted out this week. These are 'people' who clearly want to operate from the shadows as they will be disappearing as soon as they are done fleecing some more low-hanging fruit.

I know a scam when I see one and my response to them after throwing the letter in the bin is "f**k o** you c*ts"! I've been led to believe this the most apt response, what it lacks in depth and sophistication, it more than makes up for with its delightful clarity.

My solicitor is lodging an objection to the strike off as they have questions to answer. The have acted criminally, they have fraudulently taken money off people claiming that they hold the rights to collect the loans, people who have paid who we are now hearing are being harrassed by the latest bunch of scheisters. There is clearly an incestuous trail of connections and people in all the newly-formed companies appearing and making demands. This needs to be investigated properly by HMRC before the are allowed to disappear. People who have paid up previously and are receiving demands need to get in touch with HMRC and object to the dissolution.

Get in touch with HMRC people and object to the dissolution before they disappear into the shadows!

I, too have received the West 28th letters this morning, settled with HMRC but not with Felicitas.
I'm sure that this question has been asked but does anyone have their loan agreement (signed or otherwise) for their original agreement? It was a while back but was it a link that needed to be clicked on to verify the agreement? And if this was the case, did anyone receive confirmation?

I have found this citizen advice link to the time limit on the recovery of any debt. Hope it can be of help to anyone - https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/de...rtgage%20debts.

Please note that there is no way of contacting West 28th bar an email (or possibly a letter) which by law would restart the 6-year time limit. I think this has been done deliberately.

    Scam apon Scam apon Scam

This has gone on for almost a decade now yet none of the 5000 or so people have been taken to court or served with statutory demands……

You’ve got to think why not

Unfortunately they're two separate issues. Money can be taxed as income by HMRC but it can at the same time still be a loan. Two separate and not joined up pieces of law. Schrodinger money.

Not really they’ve simply sold the debt on to a.n.other

guess what? They have had west 28th 50% letters to.
And there it is history repeating itself yet again. I haven't had the letters yet and I settled with them too. Time to let the solicitor know what's going on methinks.

Will be interesting to see if Felicitas come after those who have settled and have bits of paper, after all Felicitas issued notices to those who had settled with TfL previous to Felicitas.
