    Be strong if you can, this is a very worrying time for anyone involved. However there are a mixture of options here all of which seem to have worked up to now.

    1) Ignore

    2) Dispute the claim

    3) Settle

    I chose 3 after seeing the previous claimants paperwork and very professional approach. However huge difference here they were offering as low as 2% in full settlement back then, I even heard of 1% being successful.

    Get help from a professional if you need to, again I did.

    As outrageous as this may seem take it seriously.

    Hi, has anyone received a new letter from West 28th Street. It appears Felicitas has entered into a deed of assignment with them..! Prepare yourselves for anorher series of letters..! The director of the company is Kenneth Charles arnold.

    Hello - anyone else received a new demand? I've just had another letter saying "F have entered into a Deed of assignment with West 28th" - am I willing to settle 50% of debt - 28 days to respond else they will instruct solicitors to reclaim everything including accrued interest....
