Unless I get a break from all these colds I might be looking at the L2Southend in July. Of Course it would be nice to do both.Originally posted by vetran View Postyes saw that on Endomondo, not bad so 4 hours on the day?

I have been rough for a couple of days Mrs V's charges bring every contagion known to man into the house. Ride through it and you will feel better.Originally posted by suityou01 View PostUnless I get a break from all these colds I might be looking at the L2Southend in July. The previous lurgs left you so flat you just about made it through the day and then flop into bad at 19:30.

If you want some quick turbo sessions have a look at Global Cycle Network on YouTube. The have a couple of 20 minute turbo sessions and some longer ones as well. More interesting than just doing your own thing for 20 minutes and probably pushes you harder as well.Originally posted by suityou01 View Post15 mins Turbo Trainer.
