    You're a drug dealer

    New depths plumbed on CUK.
Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.

Nice cycle from Windsor to Reading made harder by strong headwind. I think Vetran might be broken...

More slug exercises. Working to a Davina DVD. SY02's.

Did some spine walking, plank, sideways plank, pressup thingies where you rotate sideways and wave your hand in the air.

Shaking like a tulipting dog now. Feel less fluey.

We were treated to a display of stretching exercises by a very fit man against a gate in the middle of nowhere. Mmmmmm.

I'm sure he's recovered. Had to rush off without saying cheerio as only one train an hour, and it was supposed to leave 3 minutes after we got to Reading. Typically, it left 15 minutes late, so I could have said goodbye.

No the healing powers of a cup of tea and a nice ham sandwich saw me out that afternoon with the middle one (admittedly walking).

Must admit I was in bed by 10pm, our youngest decided to play all night as well, Mrs V is holding on by a thread.

was quite enjoyable though thanks, lets do it again when the puddle has dried. Did your feet ever warm up?
