        15 mins turbo trainer. 3.3 miles.

          I used to use a pair of vulkan neoprene shorts for running, they were really good but with the sweat build up after 5 miles it felt like you had pissed yourself

                  Used them as undershorts, never got any chaffing which I get badly with most shorts. Use under armour heat gear now which has solved the problem of chaffing, and soggy nuts.
