42 miles this morning. Sun went in as I left, and came out again as I was putting my bike away.
Feet froze despite sealskinz socks and dorky neoprene overshoes. Lots of cyclists out and about - don't these people have jobs to go to?

      Think that justifies a MaccyD's

Got pissed into the bar. Up yesterday at 3am in office by 4am, finished at 5pm, meal, back at 8, bar until 9 up again at 4 in office by 5. Shag all exercise for a month.

                      Nice one

I just realised I signed myself up for a Sportive last year, it's in 2 1/2 weeks time and I entered the 100k course.

Could have been worse, could have been the 160k!
