Dallas recommends an Adamo saddle. Worth PMing her - or start a thread so all the perverts(i.e. every male poster) get some fun....Comment

Perhaps you can advertise for them while cycling, and get paid in Big Macs?Originally posted by mudskipper View Post42 miles this morning. Sun went in as I left, and came out again as I was putting my bike away.
Feet froze despite sealskinz socks and dorky neoprene overshoes. Lots of cyclists out and about - don't these people have jobs to go to?
Think that justifies a MaccyD's

Slug exercises. I did however manage the sideways plank and the plank for a lot longer before collapsing in a panting heap, so it's progress.
Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.Comment

Depends where the pain is coming from. If it's chafing then the chamois creams help, if it's just from being sat in the saddle for so long they won't. Try adjusting the saddle angle a bit more nose down, helps take the pressure off a bit. You can also try raising the bars a bit. Opens up your hip position and again relieves the pressure on the sensitive bits.Originally posted by mudskipper View PostMy sister bought me some Aussie Butt cream - haven't used it but might give it a try for my next > 20 mile ride."Being nice costs nothing and sometimes gets you extra bacon" - Pondlife.Comment
