Posting with a name of Paddy and telling us to "send back" British citizens who were born and bred in the UK is a bit ironic isn't it?"You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JR -
I like how you put "known fact" so we don't doubt it.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

Interpretation does not come into mindless, senseless acts and views. There is no logic, reason or intelligence behind any of the things they say or do. There is no logic in forcing somebody to convert - anybody with any intelligence will realise it is something that a person must decide on their own! A great deal of these thugs come from uneducated backgrounds and are effectively used by others "higher up" as pawns.Originally posted by Old Hack View PostThe thing you are missing, is interpretation of 'the words' of Mohammed. It is how these words are interpreted that causes what we see, for some see killing the infidel as the actual words of the prophet, some see a muslims mission is to convert the infidel, the non believers.Comment

Yes, I've known it to happen...Originally posted by vetran View PostIf you were American and found working as an employee on a visitors Visa in Germany would you be regarded as there illegally & sent home?“Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.”Comment

Silly reasoning. I would say fundamentalists are actually the true followers of Islam and Prophet Mo. From its origins in Arabia, this religion didn't spread preaching Mormon-style. OTOH, Sunni see Shia as heretics and viceversa, so killing them is OK according to the Koran.Originally posted by NorthWestPerm2Contr View PostIt is important to note that these people can't be part of "Islam" because no religion would ever preach self destruction of itself! These guys are thugs/criminals/maniacs and they belong to an evil ideology that wears the garment of Islam - though I am sure it has nothing to do with it.Comment

And how are they now? Foaming at the mouth religious maniacs, or otherwise normal stable human beings? I'm trying to understand what you mean by "brainwashed". Does it simply mean they've adopted beliefs that you think are irrational? Or do you really mean they're controlled by their leaders, subject to systematic modification of their mental processing for nefarious purposes?Originally posted by SueEllen View PostBoth from non-practising Christian families.
One turned Christian and the other Muslim.
That's what I'm confused about - you seemed to say that some muslims intervened to stop them being muslims? Thanks to the intervention of their siblings and the close eye kept on them they are both non-religious.Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!Comment

Absolutely untrue, absolutely. The whole ethos of this religion, is that there is no word per se, there are teachings, which are subjective.Originally posted by NorthWestPerm2Contr View PostInterpretation does not come into mindless, senseless acts and views. Let's look at "Fight and slay the infidels wherever you find them" - Historically, you can argue when Islam was powerful, this didn't happen and it's simply the way the Quran was writen. However, do you think an Imam could not put a different spin on the meaning of the words?
**** a duck, the whole smoke and mirrors about religion is that you base beliefs on the interpretations. Listen to two priest talk of the same parables, and they can very easily come up with two interpretations.
It's the same in islam
"And fight in the cause of Allah with those who fight with you, and do not exceed the limits, surely Allah does not love those who exceed the limits. And kill them wherever you find them, and drive them out from where they drove you out..."Comment

Checks and balances, bollocks; you've worked on enough IT projects to know how much tulipe goes into production without anyone giving a dogpoo about whether it's correct.Originally posted by vetran View PostIt needs something to permit someone to enter Britain to work.
Its a process that has checks & balances....

As for your question, I would expect the German authorities would ask the American guy some questions, maybe even take him to the station and get to the bottom of the matter, and then present the cae to a judge who decides whether he can be sent home, but not shoot him as he gets on a train. Germany has the rule of law and is not a police state, whatever some little Englanders think. And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014Comment

There are many ways to define "fundamentalist". Most of them don't include murdering people. I would describe myself as a fundamentalist Christian (possibly NAT also) but that doesn't mean I have to believe the earth is 6000 years old... that's a secular negative cliche of what fundamentalists often think, not what fundamentalism IS.Originally posted by KaiserWilly View PostSilly reasoning.
