If you have the will power to do the slimfast thing you have the will power to simply eat properly. They taste crap and they will make you feel crap, just as WA has said.
Eat a proper breakfast before you leave the house. Cereal, muesli, whatever appeals, just dont stop for the bacon and egg mcmuffin on the way to the office.
Take fruit, carrot sticks etc to work with you to snack on during the day instead of crisps and chocolate.
Eat a healthy meal for lunch. Doesn't have to be salad, just cut out the fatty stuff.
Drink a bottle of water instead of a can of pop.
Have a decent, healthy meal when you get home ( you'd be doing this with the slimfast regime anyway, or you should be ).
Don't starve yourself when you feel hungry, just eat somthing good instead of something bad.
Give yourself a day off each week. Make it the same day or change it around, whatever works for you. Eat what you like on that day and don't feel guilty about it.
