Thanks for the advice DP, but I've already explained that I just dont have time for that at the minute.
If I wasn't out the house 13 hours a day I'd gladly head to the baths every night, but at the minute thats just not going to happen.
Anyway, I'm loving the Slimfast!!
Its very much just like a calorie control diet really - you have your own tea, some fruit thgouth the day, then a couple of their products to pack up on the vitamins you're missing.
Day 3, 5llbs lighter, and feeling really really great.

True but a bit of both is the way forward. I've had a bit of success with running but the contractor lifestyle means you sooner or later get an excuse to take a rest and that's the end of that. I did a couple of months hard graft building a house and the weight started to fly off. Knowing it wouldn't last I used it as an opportunity to up my pie and beer intake, most enjoyable !

Bollox, thats just an excuse and deep down you know it. You still have time for socialising and weekends away, so if you wanted you could cut back on socialising and pub time, the fact is that you put your socialising health ahead of your physical health. Thats your choice, but dont say you dont have a choice.
