Snap, I also managed to go from 10 st to 9 st, but did starting May and achieved 9 st by August.

I really don't like feeling hungry so did my weight loss through eating 3 decent meals a day and no snacking, my stomach can't take wheat so no sandwiches for me, had to cook my own lunches and take them to work.
When I did Ramadan fasting I did feel really really hungry, and wasn't happy about being hungry, when I get too hungry I end up eating too much at the next meal, actually I didn't really lose that much further because of the fast perhaps a couple of pounds. Now am happily back to 3 decent meals a day and maintaining.

Thats really good Sandy - well done. You should be really proud of yourself too. I would imagine its incredibly hard loosing weight when you're already that small.

      See - I'm not always a bi7ch

Ah sweet, Sandy and SA have made up. Any chance of some lesbo hug action - or are we not allowed to say that nowadays?

SA thanks, and well done too, btw: if you ever feel too hungry and feel like giving up please PM me / or post on here, I have plenty of tips for you (healthy ones ) I am really interested in nutrition and the science of metabolism etc, been researching it for the last 3-4 years, there is an amazing war zone related to this kind of research.

I also have an online weight loss support group, they are just the best people (the ladies weight varies between 250lb to 120 ) some like me on maintenance, we talk daily and exchange healthy recipes etc.. its really fun to do this in a group.

OK the best best best tip I can give you inow s to use Fitday to log your food (www.fitday.com) just log everything that goes into your mouth, and just watch the variations - you can go back to it in the future and compare the foods that you ate when you were losing well to the intak on days when you were not losing well. Sometimes its not that obvious, you think you did well but still the scale is so stubborn.
