When I did Ramadan fasting I did feel really really hungry, and wasn't happy about being hungry, when I get too hungry I end up eating too much at the next meal, actually I didn't really lose that much further because of the fast perhaps a couple of pounds. Now am happily back to 3 decent meals a day and maintaining.


) I am really interested in nutrition and the science of metabolism etc, been researching it for the last 3-4 years, there is an amazing war zone related to this kind of research.
