You can try the Threaded Cycling Diet. It is proven to work, you can eat as much cake as you want, and it's on my blog somewhere.

Seriously.... that must have a lot of peeing. When I was driving and not a clients I drank nothing but 4 litres of water a day and lost ~10lbs in 2 weeks.
The black bin liner idea is just a way to lose water isnt it? Not true weight loss.Comment

You have plenty of time so forget slim fast.
Take the advcie here. Better diet and life style will get the weight off and keep it off.
Use the stairs instead of the lift. Gte off the bus a stop or 2 early or park further away. Just 1 hour of vigorous exercise a day from now to July should see you right.
BUT Dont think you have to. Ask your blokey. He should say whatever you feel would suit you.I am not qualified to give the above advice!

Drinking lots of water is a good way to lose weight in conjunction with lots of exercise.Originally posted by tay View PostSeriously.... that must have a lot of peeing.

The black bin liner is very dangerous way to lose weight. You could end up giving yourself something real nasty like diabetes or even go blind.
Like all these things you are best going to the Doctor for an MOT first and keep getting checkups. Especially when you reach plateaus where the weight just doesn't appear to shift.Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.

Yes. It is but your body doest get enough water so it retains it. When you get enough for long enough it retains very little water.Originally posted by tay View PostSeriously.... that must have a lot of peeing.Comment

Exercise and a good balanced diet with a lot of fruit in it. And not much chocolate, I'm afraid.
Alternatively, you could try my Egyptian weight-loss plan but to be honest it's not recommended. I went with the ex- to Egypt for a week and spent five days with very, very, very bad food poisoning.Have patience. In time, even grass becomes milk.Comment

ps...thanks for everyone's nice words by the way. I dont need them though - I just wanted to know if anyone had done it before.
Of course my bloke loves me "just as I am" - it's not about that. Its about me feeling as sexy as possible on my wedding day (and being able to get back into that white lycra nurses uniform for the honeymoon!)
No pressure from anyone else - just me. Girls are always their own harshest critic! The pope is a tard.Comment
