Nobody's thinking outside the box here. Let me run my idea up the flagpole.

          Get large, fat bridesmaids.

Has anyone on here done it? Am I going to want to kill myself in a week?
I tried it once, it gives you flatulence. It's much easier to eat what you want and go to the gym
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

That's a brilliant thought grenade. You certainly get the view from 30000 feet.

Ok, some good advice here but no solution. I have the answer for you. It's called - 'Stay on the line', from some propellor head. Here is the deal:
                - Draw a graph with your current weight up the side, time in days across the bottom. draw a descending line from current weight dropping by 1lb a week.
                - Every day, weigh yourself and mark it on the graph. Ignore any variation from hydration etc etc, just mark the weight on the graph.
                - IF you are below the line, don't go mad but feel free to have a Wispa with lunch etc remember - STAY ON THE LINE, don't try to beat it.
                - IF you are above the line, make a slight modification, use the stairs when you have a choice, skip a bar of chocolate, choose a different snack.
Either way - Don't beat yourself up, just use it a a gentle guide and reminder during the day
It's not about making your life unbearable, which you won't stick to anyway OR trying to starve yourself (it won't work). Stay on the line, make only minor adjustments, use Slimfast to help but don't feel guilty !!
                GOOD LUCK.

Have your wedding on the moon, and you'll weigh just 3 stone 6 pounds.

Luke...you're such a gem!! Thats really really good advice!
Just reading that brought my stress levels down!

                      That sounds so manageable!

I think I'll try and incorperate that into my life once the initial SF phase has worn off (which it undoubtedly will!)

                      Cheers hun x x
