Windy - hope you have a good sense of humour, just thought the windy thing is so funny cuz this is what happens to me when I try to eat pasta … But seriously, some nutritionists say that we should look out for foods that causes one to bloat and fart, it’s a sign that one may be allergic to such food ! wheat definitely makes me bloated so I try not to eat it.
A lot of people also report this when eating diary, but diary doesn’t affect me at all, never got bloated from eating cheeses!!Comment

I was very dairy intolerant - bloating, farting, dreadful cramps, puking up even - then I got pregnant and it went away and never came back!!!Comment

A couple of years ago I was in a small conference room, I had cramps (Menstrual) and they always cause me to fart, on that day with the cramps I accidentally I released one, the silent but deadly type, the men all looked at each other and accused each other, then opened the window, no one even though of accusing me (had that extremely innocent –surprised look ) so they all dismissed that it could have got away from someone with such sweet cheeks
