apricot crunch bar
cheddars style snacks
cheese and chive pretzals.
They're all nice! Or you can have fruit, or owt else you like really.
I'll only have 1 snack today, and 2 glasses of wine tonight
ps. I'm not even in the slightest bit hungry today for any kind of mid morning snack. Been up since 5:45, and all I've had is my 200 calorie yoghurt bar, and I've no hunger pains at all!

Now what a surprise – all the snacks listed made by slimfast, and they are not trying to get into slimmer’s deep pocket and use their desperation to lose weight are they now!!
Can I please go into a lecture mode: sorry didn’t want to do it but can’t resist it.. so here it goes…
Fact: Insulin controls fat storage process in the body…
As long as insulin level in the blood is high, your cells will not release fat to be used for releasing energy, it will just keep storing any sugars you eat into fat cells. When you are eating these sugary snacks your insulin level will sty high.
When Insulin levels are kept low ( no sugary stuff, just veg, fruits and protein – AKA low glycimic index food) then your body will call upon the fat cells to release the fat to be used for energy.
That’s when an average woman is following low glycimic index related diet can lose weight easily on 1500 calories a day (overweight ladies can lose weight on 2000 calories a day)
However if you are on high glycimic foods diet you wont be able to lose weight easily unless you cut down your intake drastically (talking round 1000 calories a day)
OK - lecture mode is over… obviously YMMV , for me its best to do the thing you think you can stick with, just wanted to say the above in case you didn’t know.
