Jeez, you lot really have it in for me ATM, just for pointing out there may be faults on both sides (and I concede Putin was out of order invading in the first place, even if he was somewhat provoked by misguided policies of, mainly, the US and EU!)

As for the post above, I can see it might be construed as having racist overtones, which was regrettable. But all I meant was that those who said they were keen to house "fit young birds" (from memory the phrase used, or one like it) might be dissapointed if they ended up with blokes!

Oh and the "Hitler youth" phrase was figurative, of their appearance, not meant to be taken literally (you dope! )

There are (were) less than 3000 Eritrean refugees in Ukraine - I'd be very surprised if there was suddenly an influx into the UK. You're just posting ignorant tulip because Ukraine starts with the UK.

Don't give in OwlHoot . I support Putin. If his intention was to create greater USSR or annex Ukraine he could have easily done it in 2008 or in 2014. If US can take action when Russia deployed missiles in Cuba, why not Russia take action here. Comedian Zelensky is deliberately making his own people scapegoats, so that he can later cry calling it a genocide without realising that US is make him a scapegoat to test Russia's reaction.

Don't give in OwlHoot . I support Putin. If his intention was to create greater USSR or annex Ukraine he could have easily done it in 2008 or in 2014. If US can take action when Russia deployed missiles in Cuba, why not Russia take action here.
