1. I've been in touch with Firgas and provided the original cPromoter's company name. Not exactly pressured but fell for a very slick (and in hindsight misleading) sales pitch that meant I didn't study the fine print.
2. Not settled but made contact with HMRC throughout. Also made multiple payments...

I doubt we we will ever get to the bottom of all this, and I'm sure most of the dodgy characters who profited from these schemes / tactics will ever end up in court.

Good point. No criticism implied of Dan, I'm pleased he has got involved. My takeaway from the play is not to bury your head in the sand and do nothing. Get your own facts and information together just in case.
