    A W28 Webinar?

Here is another note from Firgas:

Thank you to anyone who read my article and it seems there is so much more to this story - please get in touch with me directly if you have anything to share. I am especially interested in:
    • Which company did you deal with when you first entered into the scheme and did you feel pressurised/did you understand the scheme (let me know if you did as well)
-did you pay HMRC or have any communication with them, and do you have any contact names?

If I had the opportunity to speak to W28th, what would you like me to say to the directors?

Finally, if we combined voices, would you be interested in an anonymous video call or webinar?

      1. I've been in touch with Firgas and provided the original cPromoter's company name. Not exactly pressured but fell for a very slick (and in hindsight misleading) sales pitch that meant I didn't study the fine print.
      2. Not settled but made contact with HMRC throughout. Also made multiple payments on account and now have a good contact who is keeping me updated ref the new settlement terms. Awaiting the bill for any residual amount.
      3. Say to W28 Directors? Not printable but in essence, I'd like to know more about the transfer of ownership. Were W28 stupid enough to be mugged by Felicitas or is this just another tactic by the people behind these schemes to re-badge their extortion attempts. Specifically, what was your due diligence in establishing the validity of the alleged debts? Are you aware of how the capital was funded i.e. via payments from the companies / employers we all were contracted to. What documentation do you possess to establish ownership of the 'loan book'? There's lots more questions buried in the W28 thread so I'll not re-hash them here.
      4. A webinar would be a great idea, if only to counter Elysium's tactic of divide and conquer. I don't like the fact they tell their (650?!) clients NOT to share info so they can contunue milking this for all it's worth.
      Rant over.
