In all civilised countries, pensions and unemployment insurance are NOT 'benefits'. it's a right earned by deductions from income over a working life.
that's one of the main issues in this country.

anyone know how to dispose of old machines responsibly?
like recycling/repurposing/donating to education, that sort of thing.

I've never had a problem re formal education.
but then, i'm NOT a code monkey like it seems most are here.
those who aren't Powerpoint Monkeys, that is.
Degrees in computer science didn't exist when i started in IT, so it would have been VERY difficult to obtain one.
