I literally have sunshine and showers. It's raining but I can see blue sky with occasional fluff

A pleasant evening. Currently about 23. Our honeysuckle is releasing scent, so it smells good too. Tomorrow is our 31st wedding anniversary. I know - she has very poor judgement, for which I'm grateful.Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!Comment

As yesterday evening I caught up on Sunday's TdF, this evening I caught up on yesterday's OC and UC.
Not sure what I've missed this evening that I'll have to watch tomorrow...Comment

Tea: chicken balti, rice and naan. Lovely; been a while since I've had a curry
The sky went very gloomy earlier. Apparently this was a massive storm developing about ten or fifteen miles away to the southeast, which then moved rapidly in the opposite direction to here, causing chaos with torrential rain and that. Meanwhile, here, it merely brightened up again as it moved away
There's an occasional bit of breeze, but generally it feels quite closeComment

The thunderstorm was going battulip crazy earlier, now it seems to have disappeared almost completely.
Nowhere near here, thankfully.
It was in that Engerland place.

I missed the ISS this evening due to watching bridges & dams failing. When the fun stops, STOP.Comment

Watched a bit of Trucking Hell over dinner, but once again couldn't be bothered with the telly other than that
An occasional bit of breeze through the windows isn't helping as much as it could. Currently 27.3°C in here, which is annoying as it got down to 26.7° earlier
Another earlyish night; maybe it'll cool down enough to be able to sleep properly.
Goodnight allComment

Morning denizens
A grey start, which makes a change; the weather app even calls it "foggy"
Currently 18°C out there though, so not exactly autumnal. In here, it's around 25-26°, despite open windows all night. Barometers up a bit at 1015/1023mB, and a 40% chance of a thunderstorm around 15:00, which is roughly when we'll hit our high of 27°. So little respite promisedComment
