    And another one gone

A red Mini parked at the end of the side road over the way this time. They apparently didn’t have the keys for this one, as its handbrake was still on, judging by the fact its back wheels didn’t turn as it was dragged onto the recovery truck.

A police car had been parked behind it for the past hour or so. Turns out they weren’t just sat there having a kebab after all

It turns out that it hasn't been NLUK peeing over the railings into my patio after all. It's the caretaker being instructed by my officious neighbour to water the plants she's put outside the flat she owns and rents upstairs from me. Evidently she can't water them herself (no tenant in there at the moment).

I knew this, of course, but overhearing her telling him they weren't being watered enough an hour after he'd watered them has filled me with a level of indignation on his behalf.

She and her husband own several flats in the block and are on the board that manages it, along with a few other freeholders I imagine. So, she basically gets to decide his pay and his duties.

Freecell score: 75%, running average 83%.

Tea: M&S unchunky breaded plaice, custard with the last of the stewed apple & gooseberries, 0.91 pints of good Glengettie tea.

Must go & get the sheets off the line shortly.

On the web version you add a tag somewhere at the bottom of the page. If using the app, as I currently am, I can't see how it's done.
