Interestingly enough they are using the same data scientists they used for Brexit, one of which has replaced Cummings.
They analyse all social media most likely to see what stooges to move off and who to move on.
Seems Raab wasn't a spectacular success, for one

I went with Option 1 which was quieter than I expected.
