After a 4:30 am start due to Cat throwing up loudly outside the bedroom door.
Bike has been ridden (100k club ride).
Lunch has been eaten (beef salad cobs)
Garden hedge has been trimmed (Short back and sides)
Time for a sit down I think.

Well the ZeitNephew was suitable surprised, as was I to find a number of people I didn't know at said lunch.
But it went well. & no one hit anyone so that's always a plus.
The ZeitFridge(tm) is now full of chicken drumsticks and quiche.
I ate all the profiteroles.
