OK, I've started a thread about weighing willies. I think I'm officially pissed enough to retire for the night.Originally posted by mudskipper View PostWondered if I was more drunk than I thought, then realised the telly was only blurry because I'd forgotten to shove my glasses down my nose. Better pour another glass.

Night all.

Think I might treat myself to one more beer and another episode of BB before laying me down to rest

Morning denizens
Rain is here. Fairly light at this stage, but the weather radar app shows a goodish bit of it moving over in the next few hours. Meanwhile, I'm off to get my shopping done before the rush

Morning all.

Rained a lot overnight.
Lovely day now.
Grass in the two unmown lawns looking very long.Comment

…and breathe
Achievements unlocked:
- Sainsbury's shop done;
- Overly-large trousers exchanged at M&S, and additional food obtained;
- Letter (suspected birthday card) wrongly delivered here for people with very similar address to ours dropped off at theirs;
- Garage visited to see how Super Monkey Car is coming along, and arrange to have Super New Car's brakes looked at;
- Shopping brought in from car (two trips);
- Recycling taken out to bin;
- Shopping put away;
- Kitchen tidied;
- Coffee ground, and now brewing.
And with that lot done, all that remains is to make myself a spot of breakfast to go with the coffee, and the rest of the day is free
