Morning denizens
Rain is here. Fairly light at this stage, but the weather radar app shows a goodish bit of it moving over in the next few hours. Meanwhile, I'm off to get my shopping done before the rushComment

Morning all.
Rained a lot overnight.
Lovely day now.
Grass in the two unmown lawns looking very long.Comment

…and breathe
Achievements unlocked:
- Sainsbury's shop done;
- Overly-large trousers exchanged at M&S, and additional food obtained;
- Letter (suspected birthday card) wrongly delivered here for people with very similar address to ours dropped off at theirs;
- Garage visited to see how Super Monkey Car is coming along, and arrange to have Super New Car's brakes looked at;
- Shopping brought in from car (two trips);
- Recycling taken out to bin;
- Shopping put away;
- Kitchen tidied;
- Coffee ground, and now brewing.
And with that lot done, all that remains is to make myself a spot of breakfast to go with the coffee, and the rest of the day is freeComment
