Si Mac has set it up so that when I post to the blog it automatically updates the twitter feed and facebook.

Lots of time. It takes 6/7+ hours sometimes. It's about an hour/lb but I find it varies hugelyOriginally posted by FiveTimes View Postso i have a nice big pork shoulder in the fridge and I want to do bbq pulled pork with it. How easy is it and what do i need ?

You want to cook it at about 120/130DegC until the temp inside gets to 90DegC You don't get crispy crackling this way but the pork just pulls apart. The pork itself is cooked once it hits 70DegC

I still haven't mastered it but have a looky over here for ideas. If you can't wait for "low and slow" try searching for Turbo Butts (pork shoulder = pork butt = boston butt to the Yanks)Comment
