A bunch of remixes of stuff I already own? I believe I will pass on that opportunity, thanks all the same.

A bunch of remixes of stuff I've already bought at least twice in different media.

Oddly enough I was quite tempted to buy DSOTM yet again on vinyl despite the fact that I've not played anything on vinyl for knocking on for 25 years and the Very Expensive Turntable has sat gathering dust for all that time.

I think it was the lovely cover art in a man* sized format.

Indeed, though there are 18 cds in that set.

I remember spending £10 or more on a Japanese CD pressing of DSOTM back in the very early days of CD.

Stone me, that's equivalent to £30 today.

The guestimated £4 for the vinyl in 1976 corresponds to £32 today

          5 CDs, 5 Blu-rays, 5 DVDs (with the same content as the Blu-rays), and 1 HD-audio Blu-ray

Lunch has been M&S reduced-to-clear-after-Christmas Ardennes pâté on sesame bloomer toast. Very nice

Must remember to buy some M&S chunky fish tomorrow.

Stocks are low, down to one box at the moment.

            Gosh.

            That's a lot of blurays.

One format I never bothered with was SACD.

            And I can see why:

Are you frustrated by limited CD/SACD player choices?

              Finally drinking the mulled wine!

              Nicely boozy and very flavourful.

Ex-Mrs-Bp in hospital. She started bleeding heavily then passed out. DD is in hospital at the moment. I hope DD can still come up Friday night - she has school Monday - including mock examinations that very day.

I have DSOTM on SACD. Purchased in 2001 with Sony 5.1

Sadly I still have the 5.1, but haven't connected the 2 rears in over 7 years...

Just remembered I meant to put the mundane laundry on earlier, but forgot. So it’s on now

Was contemplating various bits of mundane washing but in the end simply couldn't be arsed.

Watched Doctor Who which seemed rather better than average and much better than some of Chibnall's prior epics.

Or it could just be I'm pissed enough not to care.

Now watching "Abandoned Engineering" which is about a Soviet coal mine on Svalbard.

In other other news, JoA watching is now complete.

The comparision with BTVS did it no favours.
