He hasn't got a train but there's a bloke not far from me who's built a little railway station in his back garden, complete with signs etc. Strange the people do for fun.bloggoth

I can drive! I can sit - but no weight on leg or it really hurts. So issue is getting to and from the car!Originally posted by ladymuck View PostI'm guessing you need MrsBP to agree or else you won't be going? Or are you well enough to drive?
2 days after my accident I drove to Wales. To stop MrsBP having to drive down and collect me. I crawled to the car. And had to be carried into the house at the other end.
Windows on car do not work. So at M6 toll I had to get out of car to pay. Took about 2 minutes. And someone I had just overtaken went in behind me(instead of any of the several free lanes).Comment

Took a walk to Sainsbury's as we needed more veg. I had a hankering for greens but the only stuff worth buying was cavolo nero. I like it, was just disappointed there wasn't more to choose from.
HWMBO has chopped up the remains of the turkey. Some bits frozen, and the bones are simmering away for stock. Some of the stock will go into soup and the rest will be frozen in one of my big ice cube trays.
Mulled wine finally being made!Comment
