      In the spirit of European Harmony I had Roast Chicken (English), Greek Salad (Greek, natch) and a hunk of Focaccia (Italian) washed down with a bottle of Highland Spring (Scottish).

      It left me feeling pleasantly full and ever so slightly egalitarian.

        Trialling pork in cider in the slow cooker. Two problems encountered so far;

        1. It smells so good, it's making me want to drink cider
        2. There's left over cider that wants drinking

          Lunch was leftover frittata from last night with salad and sourdough and a glass of rose. Millie didn't want to lick my plate - that meant bending down, but she managed to eat a chew.

            Surely then 2 is the solution to 1?

            I see no problem there

                    The groomers my pooch goes to has had her dogs sent down to supervet and the procedure would have been 14k. but she had some insurance that covered it.
                    Not sure what level of cover we have on pooch. but I may have a look at it a little closer.
