No pension and direct via the agency is the best option want to put a lot into a pension via salary sacrifice and it will depend on what the agency is willing to do...merely at clientco for the entertainmentComment

Don't forget if you are PS though and through a single option would be better. I'd much rather be via a single reputable brolly over a long period than changing agencies and the quality of their offering each time. For the sake of a certain amount of fees the umbrella would feel the safest to me.
