Don't think any of the companies have yet enforced the loan to be repaid.

They have however put enough frighteners on those of us who took loans, to pay them back (or a very small % of) including me. I was glad I did but I probably paid for the next round of raids, all of which seem to be as non enforceable as the previous.

I presume nobody has had any more comms?

I put them on the back foot and they have stopped responding.
I got a letter from a company called Workcap then an email and yesterday they phoned me, never answered and I have arranged a called with a solicitor before any contact is made

Bloody hell! More of the feckers?

To newcomers I advise reading the first 10 pages of this thread to see how this works.

          Indeed, Workcap, another debt collector.

Along with everything else to do with this sorry saga, it stinks to high heaven.

Ironically at the very start of this when the first letters came from Felicitas they at the very least appeared professional and credible and had everyone looking for answers, it sparked a proper debate, some of the high profile Tax specialists were involved and it was taken somewhat seriously.

Now though when I look at the images of these uniformed thugs and the amateur tactics, dreadful letters, PO box offices.

It all now appears to be an utter farce, scam and way more ignorable.

This now also stinks also of desperation.

Dispute the debt. There is a standard template available and ask them to prove the debt exists. They will not even respond back

Hi All I have had several emails and phone calls from a debt collector on behalf of West 28th street.
Has anyone ever been taken to court over these false loans? Or will they back off. Am seeking legal advice
I thought the company you are supposed to owe money to has to tell you if they are getting a debt collector involved.. Sorry if the questions have been asked previously
