Need to shift at least a stone. Two wouldn't go amiss.

I'd forgotten this thread.
I'm down from 171lb (12st 3lb) to 150lb (10st 10lb) since I started this fitness malarkey.
Waist down from 34" jeans to 30".
Have improved pull-up ability from 0 to 8, and press-ups from 10-25.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

I finished the PLP challenge which was BRUTAL!!!
However, I injured my shoulder/elbow quite badly so training had to change.
Currently my goals of
100 press ups in one set
20 pullups in one set
20 dips in one set
100 burpees in less than 10 minutes
Will be difficult
I am taking up free running tomorrow which will, hopefully, be interesting. I teach self defence on Wednesday lunchtimes which robs me of a training session which the free running should compensate for.Comment
