Thanks Mitch that style is exactly what I was thinking of.
As MF what is his business plan? If its renting to contractors then I doubt he will make it.
Sounds silly but is it worth trying to get on something like the Hotel detective, free advice & advertising?Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.Comment

Business plan at the minute is to rent as many rooms as possible for as long as possible, get some mortgage payments under the belt and get the bank of his back so he can think straight about the business plan.Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.Comment

Let me point out that what I'm saying is a well run hotel makes a shed load of money, much more than a pub for example which freehold might cost just as much.
The profit margins for a hotel are very high. Even a modest hotel with restaurant will make more than a top IT contractor in the City earns.Comment

I agree that the wording looks a bit odd on the homepage.
Room pic isn't great, agreed also.
I am not techy but I'm happy to help you out with the wordy bits.
The idea about the Hotel Inspector is a good one though, might be worth a google.Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

If that's his view. Offer out £5 per room to a load of homeless people. Sorted. All rooms rented out, money in. Sorted.
If you two don't know what exactly he needs to do.
