I could write a guest chapter explaining that setting up a giant corporation making £billions in profit is a good way to get rich, if you like.

Business plan at the minute is to rent as many rooms as possible for as long as possible, get some mortgage payments under the belt and get the bank of his back so he can think straight about the business plan.

Let me point out that what I'm saying is a well run hotel makes a shed load of money, much more than a pub for example which freehold might cost just as much.

The profit margins for a hotel are very high. Even a modest hotel with restaurant will make more than a top IT contractor in the City earns.
