I think there is a more fundamental problem here. There is no work in the area. I live in that area and I have to work in Surrey to keep in a job. Appealing to contractors is a high risk strategy because there are so few contractors in the area who are living away from home. I think he should sell the place for as much as he can and then get a job. He could buy another nice place and still have best part of half a million in cash spare, so I have not a great deal of sympathy here to be honest.

It is one inch away from being repo'ed. Rooms, rates, utilization, meals, rent, rates, staff, electricity, heating etc
