Raining, this is great as my lawn and flowers badly needed a drink..Now just don't rain again for another week. Thanks.

Bloody noisy outside this morning before I got out of bed. Birds a-fighting, street sweepers a-sweeping, church bells a-ringing, people a-putting out bins. Must have been the cold air or wind direction or something.

Sunny but coldish first thing. Warming up nicely.

      Train on time.

Bus managed the U-turn at the terminus without reversing today.

      Blue skies.

          Friday WFH

Up, Pot of coffee on and been near my desk for almost 40 mins.

Builders have arrived and had their 1st brew of the day. Based on the noise I assume they're working.

          Roll on lunchtime.

I like the new format zeity, keep it up.

I predict it will become a valuable resource, like the domesday book.

Sorry, I must have missed an episode. What is this pink torrent and the "trails of blood"?

Yesterday afternoon was put on hold due to Darkness at Noon, following by Darkness at 3pm and Darkness at 6pm. Yep. Dark black thunderstorms.

Today sunnier, but now clouding over.

Drills in the street at 7:45 this morning, as expected.

At least they didn't start at 7:00.

                Train on time.

Let African gentleman plus kid in push chair have my seat for the room it offered. Good deed of the day done already.

Internet not working, but that's to be expected since the network guys were in on Friday.

Reseated cables and connected to the outside world.

                  Sunny.

Gardeners taking advantage of it to sweep up and mow lawns.

                  Schoolgirls doing treasure hunt outside.

Few of them seem to be taking the initiative to look at the prominently displayed map by the bus stop which tells them which building is which.

Nor asking yours truly when lurking outside with a cuppa.

I know where the answer is to be found if only they'd ask.

                  Youth of today etc etc

                  POETS day.

SG2: Yeah, who goes outside to drink tea. Freak.
