It would be quite interesting to have a party in power who doesn't blame non-English for everything that has gone wrong in the UK over the last 100 years, and looks at how we can build a united kingdom.
A place where those living on these islands have the opportunity to work here, and to pay tax here, without sending all their money off-shore to tax havens.
Where we produce our own energy - not sold on the global markets.
Where we have clean drinking water
Where we take care of the sick and disabled.
Where we punish those who break the law.

...and if you want to raise the inheritance tax threshold to £2M, then that should only apply to those who can prove they have paid the proper amount of tax int eh first place. Putting earnings through trusts, dividends, or any reduction processes should rule that person out from gaining benefits from inheritance tax. Why should wealthy tax-avoiders be allowed to benefit further, when actual workers have to pay more?
…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore

That term isn't used any more apparently we should only use Climate Change.

Who says we 'blame' other countries, I spent years reporting on and visiting production sites that were offshored. I knew H&S , green issues , pay and other popular hot points would be regulated to the back seats. These are because we wouldn't take control of these.

30 years ago when transferring from coal and gas there was an opportunity to lead with new green initiatives. Making green supply a standard. Starting to use things like hydroponics to improve food security. None of these are other countries fault squarely at the government's feet.

None of these are simple but we have to manage bad management.

I learnt some new things about the Greens today.

One of them is Zack Polanski, the Greens deputy co-leader practised as a hypnotherapist. One of his claims was that he could enlarge women’s breasts through the power of the mind.

Yes. He'd move his face really close to the said breasts and then they looked bigger because they were nearer.

The Green virtue signalling is over, regular people cant afford their energy bills anymore:

Green parties were on track to lose seats in the European Parliament elections, provisional results showed on Monday, sparking concerns that the bloc may be on the brink of scaling back its climate policies.

The left-leaning Greens/European Free Alliance were set to win just 52 seats in the legislative branch of the 27-member trade bloc, according to preliminary results. That’s significantly lower than the 71 seats the Greens/EFA secured when the green faction enjoyed its strongest ever showing five years ago.

                mean while:

Center-right and far-right parties are set to take the largest number of seats in Sunday’s European Union election in the most populous nations: Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Poland.

What are EU elections got to do with us? The UK isn't in the EU.

Perhaps he fancies re-joining, now it's lurching to the right.
