With temperatures soaring, some male MPs are breaking with convention and turning up to vote in shorts.

Neil O’Brien, who’s proudly displaying his legs, says there are a few of his colleagues who are “embracing change”.

Yeah maybe, but the last few polls show any of them beating Rishi with the members, but I think Truss doing so the least convincingly - which is probably why they have wangled it so that she ends up standing. Kemi would have been a shoe-in. Personally I would prefer Truss simply because I can't see her winning the next election, but two years is still plenty of time to do some damage..

Something smells off about those results. Rish! only got 3 from TT and Liz got 15? Yeah, right. There could be a lot of churn under the surface, I suppose, but shenanigans seems equally plausible.
