My house used to be the colliery (coal mine) manager's house. There's coal randomly all over the place when you did the garden... also random bits of railway since a train used to run literally 5m away. Maybe I could do a bit of mining.
Have a couple of sacks lurking in an outhouse too, shall flog it on the black market
