I started a new box and these ones had instructions that were different in several important respects from the ones I'd used previously. In particular, whereas the old ones had a valid result after thirty minutes, these ones take fifteen minutes BUT the result becomes invalid after thirty minutes!
So when you start a new box of these things, make sure to RTFM just in case they require a different procedure to the one you're used to.

Only ever administered one positive LFT, and was thinking that perhaps the line would form over 20 minutes or whatever, which is what the instructions seem to imply. Not a bit of it; as the liquid wicked up the display, the first red line formed immediately, and very brightly - I'd say it was there within 10-20 seconds of applying the liquid, fully formed before the control line had appeared, and there was no mistaking it! Don't know if it is like that for all of them, of course - perhaps my son was particularly ridden with the virus, or I had managed to mine a particularly fruitful swab load from his inner nostril.
Least I wasn't too chicken sh*t to face people on here in real life. You keep hiding behind your keyboard big man
You're criticising him because he didn't travel to London just to get in a barney with people from an internet forum? Strange how some people get their self-worth.

No, I'm criticising him for hiding behind a keyboard and not bothering to see the people behind the avatars that he daily attacks and trolls. Maybe try it yourself sometime
There were no barneys, or any other children's tv show animals, present. But then, he does seem like the kind of person who is angry all the time so he's probably just as much of a d*ck in real life too. Everyone was pleasant that evening, even me
