Just noticed the date of this one - still relevant.
What do you expect, I bet most of them are at it.

Naughty @BeenGauked! He's causing so much trouble... especially tagging those articles with hashtags such as #cabinet and #reshuffle

Why do you think they include legislation to exclude them from retro, imagine the stink if that was noticed by the masses!

Not sure if this has been posted before but just seen this in an excerpt from the Times –

Katie Melua has confessed that she was financially “clueless and inexperienced” when she invested £850,000 in a massive tax avoidance scheme alongside Sir Michael Caine and the musician Gary Barlow.
The Times revealed this week that the singer joined the secretive Liberty tax scheme in the same year that she publicly extolled the virtues of paying tax.
More than 1,600 wealthy investors, including Anne Robinson, George Michael, all four current members of the band Arctic Monkeys, and a loan shark convicted of rape, attempted to shelter £1.2 billion through Liberty. The legal tax scheme has been under HMRC

What relevance does this have apart from the press’s attempt to change public perception, this is utterly outrageous

Funny how the media can dig up the dirt on govt ministers when they want to and completely forget about it when it suits them.

There were lots of articles like this in 2010 and they should be saved for posterity before they get deleted and forgotten about.

There was one word in that article I was quite impressed by. Unfortunately it got drowned out by the loan shark/rapist angle. Not that Parliament doesn't shelter paedophiles, that story seems to have been quietly forgotten about too!

Tried to get onto the HMRC Press site this morning the site is down.

Maybe they need some good IT contractors to sort out their issues, I believe there could be a number looking for work it the next few months due to bankruptcy

Bu$$er they won’t be eligible, of course this could be HMRC’s cunning plan to employ them, under PAYE of course or maybe this is how they plan to implement a time to pay scheme

                    list of schemes:

Avoidance schemes members to make upfront payments - HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC)

does anyone know our scheme number??

                      HMRC list now published

                      https://www.gov.uk/government/upload..._July_2014.pdf

Now then, if my SAs didn't have SRNs on them does that mean I will or won't be getting APNs?
