Brillo, even a giant of this thread like yourself has now been brainwashed by the ruling Junta - you used the word 'evasion' to describe our scheme; it was actually 'avoidance!!' I know what you mean 'though. Chin up!

8 new members have joined NTRT so far this month.

A big thank you to all those people who have been spreading the word for us.

By my reckoning, there are still 1500 victims of this retrospective tax out there who we haven't managed to reach yet.

          Warning letter received today

Got the dreaded warning letter today. Covers all 4 years I used the scheme, even the year that I am disputing was opened illegally.

Hoping for something positive from MP or NTRT in the not so distant future.

Santa/DR/NTRT folks ... I think the George point is excellent news.

I do think that at this point I would love to have a moderated private forum to discuss between MTM punters ...

I would happily lay my cards on the table and thrash out the possible outcomes ...

Given we are now at the pointy end I would welcome some shared viewpoints for people in the same boat .. MTM refugee that went ltd.

                Thoughts ?

We couldn't guarantee that any discussion remained private.

Things have a habit of falling into HMRC's hands. Any they've got even more reason to be snooping now.
