Got my pre-apn yesterday with apn expected within next 1-6 weeks.

One quick question on this. If we enter into a JR. and the payment of the APN is suspended. If we then fail will we be suject to the additional 5% + 5% + 5%?

Rumour has it, yes. Reality is, nobody knows yet for definite.

They may aswell make it 50%. Makes no difference to me. Can't pay now so penalties are immaterial in so many ways.

I'm in the same boat. Bankruptcy for me, so they can add on whatever they want.
