    I stand corrected!

Gauke the Duplicitous has probably told them to hold fire seeing as he and his 'chums' are up for re election in what, 5 weeks?

Wouldnt want to hack the potential voters off now, would they?
I couldn't give two fornicators! Yes, really!

I'm already decided on "none of the above".

I decided that 32 years ago when I became old enough to vote. Never heard anything to tempt me to change my mind including meeting my MP over this sorry mess.... "oh that sounds wrong I'll write to Gawke"....reply: "here you go, I've shown willing but there's nothing in this for me so I'm not interested anymore. Can I still have your vote ?"

Any thoughts on using this once in 5 year opportunity to expose/shame/tarnish/confront Gauke the Duplicitous during his constituency or media appearances in the run up to May 7th?

                  APNs

APNs will be covered in the next NTRT newsletter.

As you know, Montpelier have said they will apply for a Judicial Review.

The following may potentially be of interest to deGraaf users.
                  http://forums.contractoruk.com/hmrc-...al-review.html

                  There are 2 negatives
                  1) it costs £900
                  2) there is a rumour doing the rounds that, even if you join a JR, you could ultimately still get stung for penalties if you don't pay the APNs by the due date

Thanks for the link DR, much appreciated.

As both a deGraaf and MTM user this is certainly of interest to me, especially as I'm already in the 2nd month of my 3 month deGraaf APN ticking time bomb...

If it's OK I have a few questions that you might be able to help me with:

                      1. Is it worth waiting until I have read the imminent newsletter (re: George) or is this as I suspect of no relevance to the APNs that we are now being sent?

                      2. Have any JRs been completed so far to show that they can/do indeed halt the APN process, even if only temporarily, or is this yet to be proven?

                      3. I assume that Mall Hall @ Saleos really will complete the actions that he is describing and that this won't become a 'false hope' that just tails off with Matt having collected potentially a large number of £900's from us? I guess I'm nervous about paying almost a thousand pounds to someone I don't know, with potential addition unspecified further funding required!

I understand that you may not know the answers to these, but any help would as always be appreciated.

                      Thanks,

                      Grip.
