There is strength in numbers, everyone should form or join a group to fight back if at all possible. NTRT is a shining example of what can be achieved when people join forces for a cause. Remember that the last thing the bully wants is for all the little cogs to assemble into a sizeable fighting machine.
    Very true DotasScandal,

NTRT are indeed an excellent fighting machine, growing every day, continuing to take on a formidible foe in HMRC who seem able to twist, change, and then time-shift laws to their hearts content...

I am ever grateful for the help, advice and effort put in (especially Mr Donkey - cap doffed) and above all the co-ordinated actions that we are continuing to take together.

    Grip.

Even though I'm not affected by s58 (I'm EBT), I do take my hat off to DR, a formidable presence in these trying times

The real unsung hero in all this is the NTRT Chairman

He doesn't come on these forums but he has worked tirelessly to bring about a resolution.

Without him, the campaign would have floundered.

                    That sounds promising.
SWMBO is convinced that the APN will land tomorrow - calculated by Hector () to spoil her Easter eggs. So the newsletter will be an excellent alternative.

                      refund

Hi - finally managed to get tax refund from hmrc - need to call avoidance unit who put a note on your account - and then call main line (03002003300) who issue it

interestingly they mentioned not to make any payments to them until I received my repayment from hmrc!
