I too would just like to add my thanks and gratitude to DR, Santa Claus and the NTRT Steering Group for all they have done. Also to my fellow members of NTRT who have all contributed to this fight through many bad times and knock backs. It sounds like we have a strong chance of survival. I'd also like to say a very special note of gratitude to George, who I hope checks in on this forum and to let him / her know how much difference their actions have made to hundreds of families up and down the land for giving us back some hope. Thank-you.

APN Payment
Hi guys, if I make a payment against APN's I am expecting any day now, what happens if NTRT win the case? I have a little set aside to make some form of payment as I am concerned about future penalties if I don't make any payment. Would I get any of these payments I make returned?
I assume that this may still be a long hard road to get to the end of?
Any nformation would be appreciated

Well said, I heartily agree. And lets hope we can repay George by paying off his 50% which he agreed to pay as a massive thank youOriginally posted by OnYourBikeGB View PostI too would just like to add my thanks and gratitude to DR, Santa Claus and the NTRT Steering Group for all they have done. I'm not an expert Kevthered (so happy to be corrected), but I think that an APN just decides where the money sits - it's not HMRC's, it's not yours, it just stays there until the courts decide who should have it.Originally posted by Kevthered View PostHi guys, if I make a payment against APN's I am expecting any day now, what happens if NTRT win the case? Thanks GR, does it also mean that no further interest will be payable from the time I make on payment?Originally posted by GripRacing View PostI'm not an expert Kevthered (so happy to be corrected), but I think that an APN just decides where the money sits - it's not HMRC's, it's not yours, it just stays there until the courts decide who should have it.

I actually didnt hear 'aggressive' avoidance. I heard him say tackle 'evasion and avoidance.' The inferrence was 'we're going to continue blurring the lines between evasion and avoidance.'Originally posted by BrilloPad View PostCameron threatening to tackle evasion and aggressive avoidance. I heard it again. It was definitely aggressive avoidance. Cameron exhibits the same traits as Saville. He should stick to upholding the law or changing it prospectively.Originally posted by BolshieBastard View PostI actually didnt hear 'aggressive' avoidance.
